My drivers side window has started squeeking really loud when I roll it up. Any ideas on why or how to fix it?

The regulator rails may need to be lubricated. I suggest you take your vehicle in for an inspection by a certified technician.

Are the inspections free? I bought an aftermarket bumper to bumper warranty but I don't want to pay for something if I don't have too.

I am not sure if there would be a fee for the inspection with an aftermarket bumper to bumper warranty. You would have to contact the company you purchased the aftermarket warranty from. They would be able to offer you information regarding your warranty.
