Default Wobble in steering column-tilt wheel.

Ok, came back from the U-pull it junkyard last week with a replacement steering column from the auto theft job on my Sub. Got a tilt wheel out of a C1500 pickup. Put it in this afternoon and noticed it wobbles like a Old man with Parkinsons and one leg.

At first i thought the column had a worn out upper bearing, but this is not the case. For some reason, GM did not use thread-lock on the four screws on the tilt assembly so they loosen, causing the wobble. My Buddy tells me this is especially found on the trucks more than the cars where the steering column is used as a grab handle during entry. He said gave me this article from SUPERCHEVY.com Here is the site for anyone with htis problem

I also have a youtube video I want to post, after I check it out.
