Default Steering wheel wobble at low-speed left turn

My Uplander, purchased new July '05, had the steering rack replaced and one wheel bearing replaced 12K miles ago. I have noticed lately when turning left at low speeds (such as from a stop), the steering wheel shimmies back to center position. It doesn't do this in a right turn. No discernible noises. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Bill

I believe it is a tire going bad. Try rotating the front tires to the rear and see if the problem goes away.
