Default Z82 - HEAVY DUTY TRAILERING EQUIP -- what does that mean?

Hi All,

We've got a 2003 Yukon XL (Suburban, with the GMC nameplate). On the info sheet we got from the dealer it says "Z82 - HEAVY DUTY TRAILERING EQUIP" and "VR4 - WEIGHT DIST HITCH PLATFORM". I'm wondering what exactly that means for the 2003 model year. Do we have a Class IV rather than a Class IV hitch? Is there extra cooling to towing heavier loads? Something else?

I've searched on this and haven't been able to come up with anything.

Thanks for any input!
