I recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Suburban 1500 LTZ and after pairing my Note 4 to the Bluetooth I received a call from a business associate but when I answered the call all I got a high pitched squeal. The radio volume dropped as expected but in no way could I hear the caller over the squealing. To investigate this issue further I then placed a hands free call to check to see if the issue was an anomaly or real. All the voice commands worked and the radio volume and fan noise level decreased as the system is supposed to do but the outbound call to became a series of squalls/ squealing. I have considered changing the VCIM since I have no plan to utilize the OnStar subscription but I am undecided at this point. Any Suggestions of the issue or similar experiences? Thanks
