Default 2011 Tahoe Misfire

Good evening. I have a 2011 that has a misfire cylinder 3 even after the coil, spark wires and plugs and fuel injector have been changed. Service station thinks it is an issue with the cats, everything I have read does not indicate an issue of misfire with cats accept that a misfire will cause a cat problem and not the reverse. Any help is appreciated.
thanks

thank you for your response. A compression test was done in the beginning of the fun journey we are on. Shop said compression was great.
