Default Charging devices in 2015 Suburban while car is off.

All the charging ports in the front of the car only work when the car or radio/mylink is on. Is there any way around this?

I'd run a separate hot wire to the Battery. When you buy your maintainer (if you haven't already) make sure it will maintain at least 12.4 vdc, or you'll get a chemical reaction in your Battery called "sulfaction". Some (good) maintainers, have a feature which can recover a Battery where sufaction has already started.
