Question Rear speakers won't work

I have a 2009 suburban and the rear speakers won't work. I have the headphones turned off and the fade is in the middle. The front and side speakers work. Is there something I need to turn on that I'm missing.

Welcome to the forum, sounds like you covered the basics...

did they work before and just stopped or never worked?

If you bought it used I would suspect the previous owner may have had after-market equipment.

If not then the speakers may be blown or the connection has gotten disconnected

Lisa, I would suggest having your vehicle checked by your local dealership to make sure that there isn't anything going amiss with the vehicle. With such a new vehicle you should be covered by the 3 year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty which would cover you for this fix, under normal circumstance. I hope that helps you and if you continue to have issues with the vehicle feel free to contact me through the forum.
