02 Tracker needs new rear end. What fits?

02 Tracker needs new rear end. What fits?
As the title says. A friend of mine (57-year old disabled lady) has an '02 Tracker. The rear end has been making a grinding noise. Her mechanic told her it sounded like the wheel bearings were out. He looked at it and told her the rear end it out. What others will bolt right in (bolt in, no mods needed)?
