Default 2001 Tracker Belt squeal

I have a 01 Tracker that has a belt squealing problem. I have replaced belts, tensioner and idler pulley thinking one of these would fix it, but no luck. It starts off as a chirp and then goes into a loud squeal and then fades out. I have searched and see that it seems to be a common problem but I have not found a solution for it. So has anyone had this problem or does anyone have the solution for the problem? Thanks for any help in advance. I cant stand the squealing anymore....

I had something similar on my Silverado. Turned out to be that Autozone sold me the wrong belt. It was a bit too long. After replacing the tensioner and idler, I bought another belt from Pep Boys and the squealing went away.
