Default 2004 chevy tracker emission code

I have a 2004 chevy tracker Grand Vitara 2.5 L engine that sat parked for few years before I was able to find an ECU replacement. During sitting parked I poured little bit of motor oil in the cylinders through the spark plug holes to keep the engine lubricated andavoid siezing of engine. Now when I try to start the engine it has two major issues one idles poorly only less than 500 RPM for couple of mins while the engine is shaking and and misfiring some along with thick smoking and oil is coming of the tail pipe and also I see oil escaping at the bottom of the muffler dripping. When I scanned it uisng OBDII scanner codes P0452 and P2027 are showing ( second issue). Some times with random missfiring with codes P0300. I have replaced MAF sensosr along with IAC sensor but still keeps idling very rough. I tried to calibrate the TPS sensosr to see if it can help the idling but no impact. The second issue is emmison related.

emission codes P0452 ans P2027 whicare low and high voltage output. How can have both issues?. The sensor has both pressure and gas vapor temperature sensor in one 4 wires. I have dropped the fuel gas tank and also disassembled Canister vent valve. Canister valve wires ( both) show 11/6 volts and bench tested the vent valve and does click it is good and working. Aso I checked the voltage of wiring of the fuel gas tank pressure sensor as cuplrit for P0452 the voltage of the four (4) wires of the sensor were 5.14 volt, 4.85 volt, 0.07 and 0.07. Does this mean the sensosr is stuck at high voltrage and how to fix it? thanks

you should probably check for a blown head gasket/cylinder compression

I did check for head blown gasket and no sign of blown head gasket. But that is agood suggestion. Thanks

the oil is getting in somehow. Seized piston rings or bad valve stem seals most likely.

I agree that sounds like a probable diagnosis. However, I did pour oil through the sparkplug holes while the car sat parking for years. The oil has decreased considerably with each time i keep starting and running the engine idle. soneone suggested that i should take it on the highway drive for an hour at 70 miles/hr to see if the oil emission from tail pipe will dicipate completely but the car since was parked in the garrage does not have up to date plate. What are your thoughts on the emission codes P0452 and P2027 . How to go about testing and determining if the fuel tank pressure sensor is good or bad? This is 4 wire sensor with dual function pressure sensor and vapor temprature sensor I have 5 volt and 4.85 volt on two wires while the othjer 2 wires have 0.07 volt. How would you interpret these values how can we have two grounds? I have attched a diagram for your review. Thanks.

did you pour in a whole quart or something? You only need a little bit of oil.

EVAP troubleshooting is in the links I posted.

I did pour in alot of oil since this pouring of oilo happened multiple times over the few years. As far as your question regarding the wires showing 5 volts I really do not know. since at the time I did not have access to the posted diagram. I need to drop the tank again to answer your question.

A voltmeter from pin 32 to pin 33 should read 5-volts. With the gas cap removed a voltmeter from pin 32 to pin 20 should read 2.5 volts. Pin 19 on my 2001 Tracker is not used so I cannot tell you what the temperature probe voltage should be.

Thank you for your input. I will verify those readings on mine. I will get back to the team. Thanks
