Vacuum switching valve.
Is that the same as the EVAP purge valve?

Probably. I've only ever fixed an evap problem when it was the actual canister leaking. Hopefully it's obvious which solenoid is the issue when I get to it.

I wonder if you could douse the ECT sensor with freeze spray to trick the PCM into thinking it's cold outside. It sounds like you know your way around the EVAP system. You didn't mention model year or engine size. I have a 2001 V6. This is a link to my EVAP operation. Maybe it will help.

Those temperatures make a lot more sense. I tried the cross-reference the Tracker data with the Suzuki manual but Suzuki did not address I/M testing at all.
Usually when that happens Chevy just puts generic information in their manual. The line about RPO LMG refers to Regular Production Option LMG
where LMG is a 5.3L Gen. IV iron-block engine used in GM trucks and SUVs between 2007 and 2014 (not a Suzuki engine). The data in my Tracker
manual must be wrong. Thanks for posting what you found. I am saving a copy for my records.
