Shopping for a Tracker

Thinking about buying a tracker 4x4 as a daily driver to work and back. What kind of gas mileage are these vehicles really capable of? I have always wanted one.

This is the actual mileage on my 2001 V6 4x4 with 145,000 miles.

I have a Tracker that I drive daily. My work commute on is 8 miles round trip on city streets plus errands and outings we take it for. I fill up about every 7-10 workdays.
