My voltage gauge is fluctuating from a 14 to 12, turn signal indicator is blinking faster that normal and at nigh I have notice my headlight dimming. Wht might be causing this

 

Alternator

 

The turn signal issue might mean you have a bulb out.

 

I had a alternator on mine that started out cold when first cranked. After getting hot after a while voltage would drop from 14.57 to 13.3 just enough not to cause discharge light to come on. Found bad voltage regulator inside alternator to be the problem.
