My problem is that everytime i turned the ac there is a mold smell, it only last for a few min. and then it doesn't smell bad anymore, i don't know is because i'm used to the smell or what. The ac is cold and everything but it smell really bad, it only happens for a few mins as soon as you turn the ac on.

you run the ac alot.. and mold starts growing on the parts.
You may also want to check the drain tube for the AC... it comes out the firewall. when the ac runs it creates moisture... you can see this on cars waiting at stop lights.. the passengers side - around the firewall-- will be dripping water...
If yours is clogged up its puddling water and this water is helping breed mold...
Another thing you can do---- use your ac.. but lets say 1 mile or a few blocks before you get to your destination--- turn off the AC--- and set the fan on high--- maybe even turn up the heat a little bit....
But have it suck in air from the outside... this will help dry some of the moisture that can sit there and breed mold...
worst case---- the dealers can use a special product to clean out the mold...
On some cars this problem got bad enough that dealers were installing fans that ran after shutdown-- to circulate air thru the AC system..
But I think if you run the fan a little more without the AC-- that the moisture may dry up and get rid of the mold.
