Hi guys. I have an 05 Tblazer EXT. The lady recently took the truck to get an inspection sticker. She was told the truck failed inspection because the technician could not connect the truck to the inspection system using the odb3 port. He advised her it was a common issue and a fuse needed to be replaced. Ive googled for days and have sifted through the owners manual but have yet to find any reference to this fuse. Does anyone have a suggestion?

 

Check the cigarette light fuse.
