2006 Trailblazer dies at idle, won't accelerate after restarting
My 2006 Trailblazer will die when I slow down or come to a stop if I don't let it run for several minutes before taking off (regardless of the temperature outside), something that is not always possible to do. I have to turn the key off and completely restart the car. I could be in the middle of a turn (which has happened several times) or just slowing down in traffic and it will just die on me. It always restarts immediately but sometimes once it re-starts, it won't accelerate. I could have the gas pedal floored and it will do no more than idle then it will suddenly take off! We've had it checked and it will only give a code for the o2 sensor which the mechanic said wasn't actually bad. It's a great little vehicle otherwise so I'd really like to find the issue to this problem!
