My 2007 Trailblazer has been having problems with the keyless entry system. Keep in mind that I have changed the battery in the fob (a couple times just to rule that out). I then held the lock unlock buttons down while standing outside the vehicle. Still this thing doesn't work right. The problems I keep having are in order for the keyless to work,I have to stand right next to the vehicle and have to hit the button a million times to get it to lock or unlock.Sometimes I even have to keep aiming the fob all over the vehicle while pressing the button.This has been going on for sometime now and it is really getting old. Please help.

 

amazon has new fobs for trailblazer for $18 they come with good instructions to replace the old fob

 

Yes I would get a new fob and program it first to rule it out, they are pretty cheap .

 

The extra fob that came with the Trailblazer , which never got used does the same thing.
