Towed 2002 EXT in for service. Came back, no 4WD; "Service 4WD light" on. They insist they didn't touch it. They say maybe damaged from towing. Has anyone here had that happen? 4WD Switch lights do come on when turning on ignition key switch. But they do not light up when switched; 4WD does not engage. ATC fuse is good. But I can NOT get the rear seat to open to get to that fuse box to check, replace #48. There is no pull loop, and the seat won't budge. The service tech did have it open, however.

On my '04 TB EXT there is a lever on the drivers side second row seat. It has two handles and two arrows labeled 1 and 2 (clever, huh?). Pull handle 1 upwards and the seat back folds down. Pull handle 2 forwards and the entire seat tilts forward. The fuse box is right under the seat.
