Buzzing sound from seatbelt

Buzzing sound from seatbelt
2008 Chevy Trailblazer
Just started hearing a buzzing sound right behind me, the sound continued even after I turned the vehicle off and removed the key . Sounded like it was in or near the door. Upon inspection, and accidentally found out when I removed the key and stepped out, but I pulled my seatbelt out, and the noise stopped, let it roll back in, and it sound started again. Repeated this 8-10 times, same result. What would make this buzzing sound in the seatbelt, when it is all the way pushed back in, and stop when it is pulled out and extended? Any idea? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
