I have two problems that I was wondering if anyone can help me with.

1. I have those sensor delay wipers on my 2003 trailblazer, warranty is up and they don't shut off when you turn them on. Any ideas of how to fix or change to regular delay wipers?

2. My paasenger window won't raise up, I took the door panel off and found a big ball of wire that jumped off the winder, Do I just replace that part or do I have to get the whole insert, except the window?
