Default Help needed!

I was leaving my house and while pulling away I felt a loss in power and it started shaking bad and the check engine light was flashing, so I pulled back into the garage and turned it off but the code goes away when I idle though you can smell it running rich and it idles really rough. Any ideas what I can do to check the code? I pulled all the plugs and they all look good so I'm assuming it's a bad coil pack I just am not for sure! For the last few weeks it has been idling somewhat rough and shaking when I take my foot off the brake and let it idle forward but it went away above 5 mph and drove normal.

p0300 is the random/multiple cylinder misfire code. which could be a few things. coil is very possible. typically if a plug or injector is bad you will get a misfire code for that specific cylinder. but random misfire is usually coil.

But how do I know which coils to change? If its multiple random misfire wouldn't that mean more than one? I just changed the o2 sensors and that did nothing, I had planned on changing them anyways
