Default Leaking Radiator

I have a 2006 Trailblazer and I went to have the transmission lines replaced. The shop couldn't get the lines out so they took out the connectors, these are the ones with the big washer built on to them. And still couldn't get the lines out so they put the connectors back in and now my radiator is leaking coolant. They said I need a new radiator. But after ordering a new radiator and talking to the dealer they think all I need to do is change the connectors.

Has anyone else had this issue and or changed the connectors?

New connector

I'd haul them off to small claims court, or threaten them with it, which is not a threat as I say what I mean. IMO they screwed up and need to do the repairs on their dime.

I took the connectors out of the radiator and they were a different type then I could find anywhere. So it was nothing that could be done but change the radiator because the connectors were bad.

Yes they were very rusty and not useable.
