No Sound from Radio/CD player
2003 Trailblazer EXT I6 with AM/FM, 6 CD changer radio.
Because it sits for months, several years ago I removed the radio fuse (#41). I thought the CD player might be the parasitic draw since it makes noises when the engine is off. Last week, I got a new battery and resolved to start it every month, so I replaced the fuse (I hope it is supposed to be 10 amp and not 15). The radio display works fine. It spins up CDs and displays FM song titles, but there is no sound at all.
Anyone have any ideas? Corroded wire? Loose connection? Is there a second fuse for the speakers that I've forgotten I pulled out?
