Have a driver, passenger control unit. A/C doesn't blow air through the vents and the unit runs for awhile after the ket is turned off. Changed the resistor, still doesn't work. Could it be the A/C heater control panel?

 

yes but i would make sure you ck the fuses & relays 1st

 

start by using a known good source relay so u dont need to buy one b4 your sure its the real problem
if you know how use a test light to find where the current stops along its path
