Rear Brake Issue

Rear Brake Issue
Hi there, looking for some advice - maybe one of you has dealt with this before.
I noticed the brakes on my 2007 Trailblazer felt bad, replaced fronts, they were definitely worn. All went well. Went to test drive it & brakes still didn’t feel much better. Went to replace rears but noticed pads on the rears still look brand new. They’re not engaging. Calipers are not stuck, and we bled the brake lines. No change. Any ideas?
also Probably not related but I get a “stabilitrak active” light on my dash when accelerating off red lights or out of parking spots.
