I have a 2004 TB LT EXT with 78,000 miles. Recently I had a severe brake problem with the front brakes locking up. I have replaced the rubber brake lines, the front caliapers, and the brake pads. After bleeding the brakes the problem vanished for awhile then returned. After the vehicle sits for awhile the brakes return to normal for a short time then the front brakes lock up again...when the brakes do lock up the brake pedal stays at the top and is very hard to push....I am really stumped on this one....I have also removed the ABS fuse and the problem does not go away....Please help

 

did you lube the caliper before you put it together? If so, what type of lube? silicone or petrolium(wheel bearing grease)?
could also be an issue with the master
