Hi,
My tach and lights that are in the tach gauge do not work. All my other lights and stepper motors work, but the ones on the tach part of the cluster do not. I replaced the stepper motor behind the tach but that did not help. I assume there is an issue with a fuse or connection on the left side of the cluster. Any ideas? This seems very odd to me so I'm not sure how to address the issue.

Bad connection somewhere inside that cluster. I would disassemble it and start probing with a continuity meter. If you don't see anything then post some photos here.
