Trailblazer light rattle/grinding sound on rough roads
So my 05 Trailblazer 4x4/AWD LS is making a real light grinding kind of sound when I go over rough roads, mainly when I'm turning. Sounds kinda like dragging a rake over carpet or something. I notice it started making it after we had snow for 2 days and I was driving in AWD mode through it. It's not a loud sound and doesnt effect the drivability or ride rough, it's just enough to annoy me. First I was thinking struts but it rides the same as it has been. Any ideas as to what it may be so I can hopefully fix it myself for cheap?

This is only a possibility. I encourage you to get an inspection, just in case, especially if the noise becomes louder. Your dealer will be able to give you a more accurate diagnosis.
