“Audio Off” indicator came on in 2018 Traverse LT and I can’t turn my audio back on!

“Audio Off” indicator came on in 2018 Traverse LT and I can’t turn my audio back on!
I was listening to my radio normally this morning when I went to adjust the volume manually (the ****) and it said “audio off”, but I have no clue how to turn it back on. I shut the car off, went into the help menus, nothing to help me or show me how to turn it back on. I can check the manual- just wondering if anyone has had this happen. Thanks!
