Default 2009 LTZ shift problems

Has anyone experienced shift problems with your Traverse? If so, was it a programming issue?
My 2009 AWD LTZ seems to have trouble shifting from 2nd to 3rd on occasion. If accelerating, the engine revs for a second or two between gears as it shifts. The RPM's jump 1,000-1,500 or more if I do not let off throttle to allow it to shift.

Thanks

Yes I have on my 2012 LTZ traverse. The RPMs were well over 4K. It happened when I was trying to accelerate to pass. I was (am) not happy with this performance.
