Son was cleaning the traverse and decided to put the drivers seat all the way back to clean the crack between the back and the seat. Now it will not go back up. it will move forward and back, the lumbar will work fine, not nothing (no motor noise at all) when tying the switch.

Any thoughts or opinions on how to fix or take apart to fix?

 

Found a lose wire in the harness that hooks into the switches. Was able to get it back up into position, but it won't work normally. oh well, at least it is driveable.

 

having similar issue with my 2011. Do u know which wire it was?
