Default 2012 Traverse P2534 code

2012 Chevy Traverse 76K Miles
Wife started complaining about intermittent rear wiper not working. Tested every time and was working fine. 4 weeks later the car would not start, took the key out, waited about 30 seconds and it started. Repeated the same thing 3 times with the car not starting then starting. Had the battery tested and it was bad (so we were told), and replaced it. Car started great for 1 month with no issues.

We had the front end power steering gear box, and power steering line replaced. We got the car back, 4 days later it would not start after driving it to town. Car would turn over but not start. Car was towed to the GMC dealer and on Monday morning it started up but the engine light came on. P2534, U0140, P0700 came up. They checked all prior work and found no issues. They cleared the codes (they show in the history) and 2 days later gave us the car back as no issue was found. Wife drove 2 blocks and parked, got back into the car and started backing out of the stall. The car would not go into drive or neutral. The engine was running but would not rev. Was able to drive it in reverse into another parking stall and called the dealer. They came and saw the problem first hand but picked up the car the next day and it started and ran just fine. The same 3 codes came back up. They have cleared them again (history) and have had the car for 2 weeks driving it. No issues found, shifting has tested good, all tests have so far showed no issues. They are testing the battery to make sure no cells are bad and its fully topped off.
We are at a loss on what to do here. They have said it could be the TCM module but they don't really know and are afraid if they do any guess work repairs that it will just waste money. I am looking for any easy solutions to try first before we jump into a ECM, TCm repair (which they said is 3K for a TCM). I have been reading that it may be a FPCM, which can be easily replaced and comes preflashed.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
