I have replaced the door actuator on rear passenger side of vehicle. When unlock botton and lock buttons are pushed the rod moves up and down. Problem is while trying to open the door from outside and inside door won’t open( door was shut) any idea how to get the door undone and be able to get door open?

Update just got panel off and it’s unlocked and the door actuator cable I’m pulling plus the rod to handle on outside but no luck. Any suggestions
