Angry Contacting GM

Does anyone know how to get in contact with someone at Chevy/GM who can help me? I have a 2011 traverse with a blown engine. Dealer refusing to fix it because it wasn't serviced enough, however it was serviced everytime the light came on, which is exactly what my warranty states. I am very frustrated as I have been patient with them, giving them documents they need. It is not my fault the indicator in the veh was not sufficient enough and there are now problems however Chevy needs to stand by its' vehicle and its' warranty and do something about this yet all the number I call lead me to only one person. Anyone have any contacts or emails for me to contact someone?
Thank you!

What caused the engine to blow? Very low or no oil?

The manual states that the engine oil must be changed once per year even if the oil change indicator does not come on before a year is up.

The manual also states to check the engine oil and coolant levels at every fuel stop.

The dealer doesn't refuse to fix it. it's not their call. It's GM's call.

If you feel you followed the above as stated in the manual and GM still refuses to fix the issue under warranty, a lawyer is probably your best bet.

They say it is lack of lubrication however oil is checked regularly and was never low. The oil was changed as stated in the manual. I spoke to gm and they said it was the dealerships decision based on their findings.

Hi Johnsonn,

We truly apologize for this, and completely understand how frustrating this may seem for you. We would be happy to look into this further for you, and reach out to the dealership on your behalf. Please send us a private message here along with your VIN, current mileage, contact information and preferred dealership. We look forward to hearing from you.
