Latest issue, Ac/heat wont blow out of middle vents.

Latest issue, Ac/heat wont blow out of middle vents.
We have a 2010 Traverse. We have been through the Stabilitrak problems, Timing chain failure, power steering needs fixing (1500$), and now we cant get the heat or ac to come out of the main dash vents? Has anyone else had this problem and know of a possible solution? After 4200$ in needed repairs needless to say I dont want to go back to the dealer if I dont have to.
