Parasitic leakage current
What is the normal range of battery current draw for a 2012 Traverse LTZ when parked and sleeping? Legally I think it must be less than 50mA. But I read multiple cars and it is in the 100's mA range. Yes, I wait a long time before making the measurement. More than 1hour. Loop meter is brand new and assumed calibrated.
there is no legal requirement for current draw. 50mamps is a good number. i have seen most gm trucks sleep at 10mamps. Dodge lists 35mamps for their vehicles but usually its lower.
100 will probably kill the battery in 2 weeks so it is high.
post a pic of what you are using. i have 2 amp clamps and only one i trust and its a $400 unit. I prefer to use a meter inline with the disconnected battery cable....I feel its more accurate.
if you have any aftermarket stuff installed...list it.
