Default Service keyless entry system

My 2020 Chevy traverse is coming up with service keyless entry system the little silver buttons on door handle will not lock and unlock the door. I took the car to chevy dealer and they are saying it’s wiring with antenna but won’t work on it because it’s handicap modified. The modification company is saying they think it the dealer problem not something they touched. Does anyone know where the connection is for this system? Thanks

there is no single connection. the system uses radio frequency antenna's in the doors at multiple locations to pick up the presence of the fob. If the antenna doesn't get a proximity signal from the fob...the door button won't work.
Its impossible to diagnose this problem without the vehicle. I assume all other remote functions work. All door buttons are inop? Was anything added near the doors during the conversion? These could block signal to the module.
Were any fault codes set in the wireless module?
