2015 Trax no radio sound / blinker chime

2015 Trax no radio sound / blinker chime
Our 2015 Trax just started where the radio will light up but has no sound. Also the blinker chime does not make a sound. It does have the original battery and I will have it tested soon. I have done the following:
1. Disconnected the battery for 10 minutes - No improvement
2. Checked the radio fuse - No improvement
3. Purchased new battery - no improvement
4. Checked amplifier fuse - no improvement
5. Started car, put in reverse, and hit On Star to try to reset the My Link - no improvment
I appreciate any help.
