Need advice on 2016 Chevy Trax key replacements

Need advice on 2016 Chevy Trax key replacements
2016 Chevy Trax 1.4L auto (used).
What I have:
* One laser-cut door key
* One laser-cut ignition key
* VIN number
* ownership title
What I'd like:
* 2 (key fob + key) combos that both open doors and start the car
or
* 2 separate key fobs + 1 extra key to open doors + 1 extra key to start the car
What is the best way to go about this? I see that some online sources offer programmable keys but I'm not finding clear info on programming fobs or how to laser cut keys. Not sure if I need separate keys and fobs. Not sure if flip-keys can both open doors and start the car. Any clarifying info will be appreciated. Would also like cost estimate on the best solution. Thanks.
