Radiator cooling fans not working under any condition. Possible component failure? Maybe elec circuit protector? They don't run even w/ac on. However I'm able to bring temp Down by turning heater on. Temp goes back up if turned to cold. Also temp returns to normal of using cruise. Any ideas?

 

Always check for blown fuses first. Could also be a bad relay. Check the wiring where the fans plug in. The connection may be bad.

 

Fuses ok. Assume relays are ones identified as fan1 & 2 on fuse box lid. Have no service manual to verify.
