Default 2009 Uplander - location of OBD II port and can I use Actron CP9135 reader

I am helping a friend. He has a 2009 Uplander and his engine light is coming on. He asked me if I could read his engine light code...I have an Actron CP9135 OBDII AutoScanner. Does anyone know if I can use the Actron CP9135 to read the code from a 2009 Uplander? If yes, where is the OBD II port located on a 2009 Uplander? thx

if the vehicle is OBD2 the scanner should work, Im pretty sure the connection location is pretty standard of being placed below the steering wheel, it may be tucked up under the dash a bit or have a cover over it but I believe the location is universal for all American made vehicles....
