Hello, I am planning on taking out a LZ9 (gm 3900) from an 2009 Uplander and put it on the engine stand to work on. I will have to purchase the Grade 8 mounting bolts (to attach LZ9 to the engine stand) in advance, but not sure what length and size they need to be. I read somewhere that the bolt size should be M12, as that would thread into the block, is this correct ? Thanks in advance.

 

Also in addition to being M12 would the thread be M12 x 1 or is it M12 x 1.25 ? or perhaps M12 x 1.5 ? Thank you.

 

Just to follow up, apparently it's M12 x 1.75
