Default Check Engine Light

Here's my problem;2005 Uplander, Check Engine Light and Reduced Power Message. When it's cold, no problem, but once it warms up, the Reduced Power comes on and yes it does have lots of reduced power. Like off a stop light, stop sign, going up a hill etc....etc...etc..
The engine takes forever to wind up and when it hits 3000-3500 RPM it's like a sling shot with a surge of power. My local mechanic checked all the codes and so far has replaced the Throttle Pedal Sensor and the Throttle Body Sensor. His next step is to dig into the wiring harness, something I am not really fond of.
Any suggestions out there? I don't feel comfortable having my other half drive it now.

most likely the body control module... i am having the same issue on top of other electrical issues.. bring it to advanced auto parts and have them plug in a code reader.. if they cant get a reading at all then most likely the bcm, which is the problem i am having. You can find a cheap on ebay then you bring it to the dealership to have it flashed
