DVD player stuck on French option in movies

DVD player stuck on French option in movies
Our DVD player orginally played the movies in English and now when a movie is put in the movies are stuck in French whether the movie has the option or not and I don't have a remote to navigate the dvd menu back to English and no buttons seem to move it. Obviously a button somewhere got pushed to make them now all of a sudden play in French no matter what movir
