I have an 06 uplander. while driving the engine will turn off, just like I turned the key off. in trying to restart, nothing will happen. after a while it will start right up. further clues. the information on the screen like Oil life, average mileage, etc. the numbers are gone. but the AC, Radio, dash lights all work normal.

 

Any stored codes in computer?

 

need to get a hold of a reader to find out if I have any codes.

 

How long have you had this van , since new?

 

we've had the van for about 4 years.
