OK, I have put it off long enough. I need to change the thermostat but it looks like a nightmare! Please someone tell me the easy OR any way to change that sucker out.
Thanks in advanced!

Thanks for looking at me MDTAHOE and even more thanks for showing me what to do. It just looked like a nightmare but I spose once you take off the intake duct it opens up. I actually have 2 to do. My wifes 05 Uplander and my childcare provider's Venture (got to keep those 2 happy). Seeing how they are both stuck open, I am going to try for this weekend but it may be next week.
I don't know to many specifics about individual vehicles except for my PSD. My tools would be rusted in the the box if it weren't for that vehicle, lol. I sure wish I could return the favor! If you ever have a question about one I sure wish you would ask. You can find me in my signature.
Anyway, I will let you know how it goes!

I ended up removing the black ByPass crossover pipe, then I took off the two bolts holding on the throttle body. Once the throttle Body is off the engine it opens up the thermostat house for easier access. The problem I was having was the exhaust maniifold was in the way to get my fingers to the back housing bolt.
