Smile Need help

Anybody know how to remove the lower dash plastic panel that give acces below the steering. I just installed fog lights on my 2009 Uplander and need to bring the wires from the engine compartment to under the dash. I took the 2 screws under that panel but it does not move. I dont have a workshop manual yet (back order) and I would like to finish this projet. Thanks in advance.

fog lights or driving lights? if they are driving lights I'd just splice them in to the head lamp wires like i did this way you dont have to run wires and a switch they just come on when the lights come on

Thanks for the tip. But I still want a separate switch from the dashboard. My fog lights has two separate positions that runs a set of parking lights inside the lens. Also I am a bit afraid to tap on my regular low beams because of the fear that the breaker might trip because of the extra load on it.
