Default Reduced power p1125 - p2138

Driving in some snowy weather and reduced power mode comes on. This slows the acceleration down and makes the car run horrible. It bogs and practially dyes when you hit the brakes or gas and goes nowhere. I scanned it and came up with two codes P1125 and P2138. One is for the TPS and the other is for the gas pedal. I deleted the codes and the car ran fine until another snowy day and it came on again. It's drivin in the snow and not come up but seems to only come up when it's snowing. Anyway, I thought it would be a good idea to replace both parts but I have a suspcion that it might be loose wiring causing the fault. I'm thinking it's a short somewhere in the wiring. Maybe it's getting wet or something. Anyone have any tips?
