The Monroe sensa-tracs on the rear really tightened up the van, no need to replace struts up front. How many miles on your 2007??

Before loooking at struts ($$$) look at other parts of the front end. The sway bar links are infamous for being VERY weak from the factory, creating a front end sag and very poor "bump recovery". I'd recommend an upgrade there first (go with Moog, you'll be very happy).
I just cannot see a three year old vehicle, regardless of mileage, having front end suspension issues with the mcphearson struts yet. Doesn't make sense.

Tim, the sway bar does not affect the ride height of the vehicle and you will notice the noise from a worn end link before you notice that it isn't doing it's job. Your poor "bump recovery" is the job of the shock/strut.
Mileage is the killer of shocks/struts and age is relatively immaterial. As mileage is accumulated, the shock/strut slowly looses it's ability to do it's job... it wears out. Often you don't realize that the suspension isn't performing as it used to until you replace the worn shocks/struts. They are maintenance items like tires and brakes, they wear out. New ones work .. well, like new.
127.000 miles is a lot of miles and the van would certainly work a lot better if the shocks/struts were replaced. My $0.02
